I found a super easy recipe yesterday for fudge. Generally I am a fan of the whipped variety my Gramee raised us on, but when you don't have a room full of adult helpers to take turns with the mixing, I think this does very nicely. I added nuts I wish I'd had three times the number of pecans I added. I like my chocolate to have crunchy bits in it.
Now I'm off to make a couple dozen cookies so we can go deliver plates to people, because if I don't give it away we all know who will end up wearing it for the next 10 years.
