gimee s'more pudding!

Can I just say that Jello must be making a killing...
seriously.
How brilliant to charge people a buck fifty for a little box of cornstarch and sugar.
It is for a delicious Lemon Pudding, but totally workable into any flavor.
So while experimenting with making chocolate pudding, I decided to make something extra special.
S'MORE PUDDING!
the girls... well actually all of us, loved.
Layer of pudding, layer of graham crackers, layer of pudding, marshmallows on top.
Boils until brown and crispy... let sit (So your marshmallows smoosh out).
EAT WARM!
Best part- you don't have to wait for it to set or anything. Just throw it together and enjoy.

*to transform my pudding from lemon to chocolate I did the following:
left out all Lemon flavored ingredients.
Sifted all dry ingredients + 3 table spoons dutch cocoa powder....
followed the rest of the instructions, then
added 1 Hershey's chocolate bar broken up and 1 tsp vanilla to the hot finished pudding stirring until the chocolate has disappeared.

This look about 15 minutes from beginning to first bite.
We will definitely be doing more pudding experiments at our house.
