Beside the fact that he is a lot of fun....
Cori's coolest skill (I think) is that when he doesn't know how to do something,
he uses the resources he has (aka people/internet/books) and learns how to do it.
Case in point: our new gas line.
He has been climbing around with the creepys under our house for two days.
And look at that... first pipe through the floor!
One more to go and we hook up to the main house line!
There is something about a guy fixing a house that is very attractive.
And I am not the only woman in the house who finds herself enamored.
