Papa Roy came on a quick visit this week so he and Daddy could go fly fishing together.
I think the idea was a relaxing day of fishing...
Not sure "relaxing" was exactly the out come, but they did bring home some cool dead things for the girls to see.
*Yes, I am a proponent of my children touching dead animals and watching them have their guts removed, I'm sorry if that bothers you. It's real life. In full disclosure, I do not however have the stomach to remove the dead things guts myself, just so you know.*

They were very impressed.
I will spare you the guts (I didn't take pictures of that), Havah thought it was really interesting.

My girls love walking by the meat and seafood at the grocery store and asking "which kind of animal is this from? Is it muscles from by the bottom or another part of the body? Where did the fish eyes go? Can we get some of the shrimps to live in our freezer?" It's awesome!
