SCOUTS!

My scouts are coming over today.
I have lots of things to get ready before they get here.
Anyone have some motivation to share with me this morning?

PS. Last night for 35 bucks we got a big bag of dress ups, a garbage back of mega blocks and a Kelty Child back pack (to carry Lilly while hiking this summer).
GOOOO CRAIGSLIST!

  1. Have yellow and blue balloons -
    (1) to wear the cubs out have them blow the balloon up let it go, chase it, and do it again
    (2) race to see which cub and blow it up and sit on to pop it
    (3) blow it up, attach string to balloon and leg of cub. Cubs try to pop one another balloons. Last balloon not popped wins.
    (4) Cubs think you are so cool because you can decorate anything so fast with your balloons
    (5) fill with flour (good outside cub activity) to make squishy balls
    (6) create a treasure hunt with the "go to's" inside
    (7) put the cubs treat inside and blow it up. They can see it, but not eat it until you want them too. (Suckers are fun and tie the balloon off on the stick. Wrapped candy is fun too)

A bag of marbles can keep cubs pretty busy for a while too

Have fun - these could one day be your son-in-law!!!!!
